- Description
- Records of temperatures, wind direction, weather conditions, and eclipses. Nathaniel IV referred to himself as ND 3rd in these volumes. Nathaniel Dominy IV was the first member of the Dominy family to become engaged in woodworking and clockmaking. He was elected town supervisor in 1777 and served until 1779, and was also an overseer of the poor. Several small volumes tied together, with 1811-1812 on top, in which is tucked the 1805 fragment. Several watermarks found throughout.
