Garnishes, sauces, and jellys are also represented. M. Masson attended Mrs. A.B. Marshall's cooking school in London, England. (The previous owner of the cookbook disclosed this information.) Bound in a glaze notebook; worn black paper boards. The remnants of a label from some rubber company in Massachusetts is on the front cover. Blank pages not scanned.
