H. Graves Architectural Drawings
Three drawings of a church showing the front, elevation, side elevation, and floor plan of basement. Graves was a Boston, Massachusetts, architect in the later half of the 19th century. He is listed in city directories for much of this period, boarding at several different locales. Early in his career, he worked with Thomas W. Silloway at 121 Court St. Silloway was a Unitarian clergyman in addition to being an architect and designed numerous churces in New England. By 1861, Graves' office was located at 15 Congress St. It is not clear whether he worked alone or for a firm.
